We also consult on any health issues that concern you as the Patient. For your convenience we also do E-Scripting for any medications/supplements that are recommended.

All Telemedicine consultations are by appointment only and a Telemedicine Consent Form has to signed & submitted prior to your appointment, the consent form can be downloaded from this page.
